I get it.

I started my first diet at nine years old.

I’ve tried them all. I limited my life based on what I could and couldn’t eat and how much exercise I had to do. It was exhausting. I wasted a lot of time, chasing a magic number that I thought meant healthy.

I learned that health is more than some arbitrary ideal of thin. True health is using steps that take advantage of what works for each of us and the individual way our bodies function.

To make any kind of change and have it last takes thought, consistency and time, which can be discouraging. My job as a health coach is to help you discover the strength and power you have within you to have the confidence to face these challenges and succeed in any goal you are working to achieve.
